At 1st Family Dental, we decided to kick off 2014 with some resolutions. We’re very excited about them, and we think you will be too!
We want to listen to our patients and strive to provide the best possible service that is truly meaningful to you, your family, and your needs. We want to become better every day. Over the coming year, we will be asking for your opinions and your feedback, through reviews, surveys, one-on-one conversations, and more.

Resolution 2: Help YOU get to know the Family behind 1st Family Dental.
Our wonderful team makes this business great. We want you to get to know our family, too! Throughout the year we’ll be sharing news, accomplishments, photos and other special information about our team. We’re excited to get started, so you will be seeing some updates very soon! We’d also love for you to share your own photos, experiences and interactions with our team. Feel free to post them on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, or send us an email anytime!
Resolution 3: Focus on Education
Education = Empowerment. We want to make sure you have the information you need at your fingertips to make the best dental health decisions for you and your family. We appreciate your trust to care for your dental health and wellness in our office – and we want to help by serving as your trusted source for real and useful information both in and out of the office, for all things dental. We will stay on top of new information, technologies, and trends, and share it with you.
We will be even more responsive to your comments and questions – the common, and not-so-common. Do you have questions about the Affordable Care Act and dental coverage for you or your family? Wondering about that new dental fad or product that’s been circulating lately? Looking for some real information on a procedure or product? Stuck inside with the kids and looking for some fun and educational activities? We’ll be actively sharing new and useful information with you via our 1st Family Dental Blog, occasional email newsletters, as well as through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Google+. We are also ramping up our community outreach and education efforts, so perhaps we’ll be seeing you around soon! Do you have questions right now? Resolution 4: Pay it Forward
It is said that “A Smile is the shortest distance between two people.” We want to give back to our patients, friends and partners. Throughout the year, we pledge to listen to your needs and continue to take positive actions to meet those needs.
We’d like to kick off our “Pay it Forward” resolution by providing free dental treatment to folks who could use a little extra help to keep their smiles healthy.
