1st Family Dental, with 10 Chicagoland locations, is offering a free dental clinic day at its Albany Park office (4901 N. Kedzie Ave.) on Wednesday, October 2, 2013, from 8 AM until 6 PM.

Services will be provided free of charge to patients ages 3 and up (children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian) on a first-come, first-served basis.

Free services for the day include: dental exam, cleanings, fillings, x-rays, extractions, and diagnostic services. Due to time limitations, involved services including: crowns, bridges, root canals, etc. will not be provided. No phone calls or appointments will be taken. There are no eligibility requirements for services.

1st Family Dental held free dental clinic days at their suburban locations and Logan Square Location in March, 2013 and provided free dental services to over 200 patients. Organizers expect to see over 60-100 patients at their Kedzie office on October 2.
