Seeking Dental Assistant (Bilingual Preferred) (Chicago)
1st Family Dental is a busy, successful practice! We are seeking a dental assistant (bilingual Spanish preferred), who is friendly and a great worker.
Previous experience with dental assisting is preferred. Dental Assistants work in a clinical setting, setting up and assisting during general dental procedures, seat patients, take xrays and records, clean rooms, sterilize instruments, and most importantly, create a welcoming and friendly environment for patients. Must be great with kids and families. Must be able to work until 7:30 PM on weekdays and 9-4 on Saturdays. Saturday availability is a must! (Another day off available during the week).

Responsibilities will include providing front-end customer service including greeting and checking in new and existing patients, managing multi-line phones, verifying insurance coverage, explaining treatment plans, receiving and processing payments, handling financial accounts, scheduling patients, reporting, etc.
Experience in a medical or dental office is desired but not required. Top candidates will be friendly, learn quickly and motivated to succeed. Weekday office hours are generally 10 AM – 7 PM. Saturday availability is required.
